On today’s podcast we’ve got Jimmy Vernon. Beginning his sporting career in the world of motocross, due to injury, Jimmy had to stop competing on two wheels. Not one to give up, he decided to give four wheels a go in the world of karts. It wasn’t long before he hit the big tracks, racing in Historic and Duratec Formula Ford racing with Listec Race Cars.

Jimmy is a natural talent behind the wheel of a race car and was the first driver to get a seat in the CAMS Jayco Formula 4 Australia Championship. He then moved into the Porsche Cup Challenge Series on a tight budget receiving multiple podiums and wins along the way. Shortly after he moved into the Toyota 86 Racing Series, winning a National Championship.
